CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important, and mutual respect for each other’s time is appreciated. If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Your appointment will still be honored; however, it will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next client. I understand that things come up & life gets busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, there are no additional fees—just be sure to notify me ahead of your appointment time! If no notice is given and you are more than 15minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. No-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service, which must be paid in full before rebooking. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.
